Therapeutic and preventive effect of feed additives on the state of periodonts of rats with experimental dysbiosis

Aim. Determine the therapeutic and prophylactic effect of feed additives on condition periodontium in case dysbiosis.
 Methods. As additives, we used flour from pea straw (FPS), oilcake ordinary (high-linoleic) sunflower seeds (OOS) high-oleic (OHOS), which were added to composition for rats an amount 10% instead same grain wheat. The duration feeding was 18 days. Experimental dysbiosis reproduced using antibiotic lincomycin. activity urease, lysozyme, catalase, elastase content malondialdehyde (MDA) determined gums rats.
 Results. An increase level elastase, MDA a slight decrease lysozyme catalase found with dysbiosis. consumption FPS OOS had little biochemical parameters gums; however, OHOS significantly reduced normalized urease.
 Conclusion. Under conditions dysbiosis, periodontitis develops, can be prevented by consuming oilcake.
